Feeling like your rage knows no bounds lately? Hormonal changes during perimenopause can spark everything from simmering frustration to full-blown fury. The good news: A new study of women ages 35 to 55 found that this anger often softens as you go through the menopause transition and hormonal shifts ease.
Knowing it might pass is comforting—but support helps, too. Midi’s clinicians can guide you through personalized care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which bumps up estrogen levels to get to the root cause of your mood swings while also curbing anxiety and depression. (And if you need a safe space to vent, Midi’s subreddit is open. Let it rip.) |

The FDA is finally talking about menopause and HRT. |
|
This Thursday, July 17 at 1pm EST, the FDA is holding a public expert panel to discuss menopause and clear up HRT misconceptions—a long-overdue signal that they may recognize the need to prioritize midlife women’s health and access to evidence-based care. You can watch the livestream on the FDA’s YouTube channel.
And if you want to do more than listen in, you can join us in urging the FDA to remove the boxed warning on local vaginal estrogen. These outdated, misleading labels stand in the way of safe, effective menopause treatment for millions of women.
Join the #UnboxingMenopause campaign to call for change. This quick form lets you send a letter directly to the FDA and make your voice count.
